Lovely room, comfy beds, excellent tv and nice bathroom. Friendly and helpful host. Great garden with lovely views.
Location was handy but didn't love the road noise with windows open. However as the noise was constant we got used to it. Shame the surroundings at front did not match the prettiness of the house and garden.

Friendly welcome. Very clean , comfy bed. Good size room. Good size bathroom with large shower.
Not applicable to me but I noticed lots of books suitable for kids - I think a lot of families stay to go to Paulton Park so a nice touch. Some nice little extras like a small fridge in the room, and extra water , towels , milk etc on the landing.
Location - good for my needs as I was attending a near by event and close to the New Forest, but next to a garage. Lots of cars parked up against a barrier just outside the property so not that easy to find how to get in, or park.
I had to park down the road when I got back late in the evening.
