Fantastic Family Fun awaits in this Fabulous 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath Vacation Home in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. Tastefully and comfortably decorated and furnished, the home is a wonderful place to return home to after a day at beach, waterpark or nearby state parks. Accommodating 12, 3 of the 5 bedrooms have an en-suite bath and 3 of the bedrooms have access to wonderful outdoor decks. There is plenty of space to spread out . . . with 2 living areas, multiple decks and a large rear patio with an outdoor grilling and dining area. When not enjoying the incredible restaurants that abound in Rehoboth Beach, the chefs in your group will love the gourmet kitchen, perfect for whipping up a delicious home-cooked meal. The home even offers an additional convection oven, a beverage cooler and two additional small fridges in the dining room and on the patio. You can't beat the location or bike to the beach, boardwalk, bike trail, restaurants and unique shops in Rehoboth. Have a rainy day? Stream your favorite shows on one of the 3 smart TVs in the home. (Living Room TV has cable as well.) Bonus: Plenty of parking with room for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 parking permits. Book today while there are still plenty of available weeks! No Pets, however, owner has had a dog in the property. No Smoking.
Guests pay a $210 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. This is the perfect beach retreat. The house was perfect for a large extended family. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms comfortable and the neighborhood was ideal. I recommend this property without hesitation.

The property is lovely. We truly enjoyed the landscaped backyard. The kitchen appliances, cookware and dishware were stocked well for some family meals.Great open spaces for game playing, visiting, tv watching, etc. Parking for 4 cars and plenty of street parking a bonus.Only downsides were lack of dish cloths and towels, luckily we brought some and Columbia is a very busy street without sidewalks.

This house is absolutely lovely and was perfect for our stay. It was spacious and the kitchen was surprisingly equipped with everything you could possibly need for meals. The outdoor patio was perfect for hosting a dinner party. It is a bit far from the beach to walk, but we used the parking passes and had no issues. Looking forward to our stay again next summer!
