About this house rental
This is a brand new house was completed summer of 2019.
Open floor plan for living room, dining room and kitchen, give a great space for family and friends to gather and share a relaxing time in Rehoboth Beach. Great front porch and large back decks are a great place to start the day. The first floor also has a master bedroom and a bonus sun room.
The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms (3 of which are on suite with private bath) and a large 2nd floor balcony. The 3rd floor has large master suite with queen size bed, daybed and built in bench seating area with flat screen TV and private bath.
Just 1/2 block to Silver Lake Tot Lot play ground and footbridge to Rehoboth Elementary, with plenty of room to run, basketball courts

This was our 4th year renting this house. The location is excellent, just a short walk or drive to the beach. we had a great time. the house was beautful as usual. If there is ever a need one quick phone call and our needs are met. We will most certainly be back next year.

First vaca in rehobeth - house was great for big family location was good - walk to town - half mile to beach a little long with chairs etc but okWith a wagon or cart it would be fine beach bathrooms nearby was keyCould have been a little cleaner given all the fees and did not have much cleaning stuff on site so I bought some fl- host David was very responsive and friendly - provided linens was helpfulFront porch was lovely in the morningOverall we had a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It had plenty of space for all of us, and it was so helpful that almost every bedroom had its own full bath. The living area was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a big dinner every night. David was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. We loved it, thank you!

We love this house! It’s clean and modern and provides enough bathrooms for everyone to have their own! The open floor plan allows us to be in the same room while eating and watching tv without missing conversations or someone’s company. The location is perfect for us : walking distance to beach and DogFish Head Brewery! Plus : the property host/owner is awesome. Great Place! Great weekend!
