This recently updated, beautifully appointed home is just steps from the beach and boardwalk and designed to host large extended families in comfort and style. Inside, you'll find a cozy front sunroom with plenty of seating and extra dining space, perfect for morning coffee or evening games. The first level features three primary bedrooms, a full living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and direct access to the rear patio with a gas grill for easy outdoor meals. Upstairs, the second level offers four additional primary bedrooms and a spacious rooftop terrace with seating—an ideal spot for entertaining, sunbathing, or unwinding after a day at the beach. Located one block from the sand, prime Baltimore Avenue puts fine dining, art galleries, boutiques, and nightlife right at your doorstep—park once and walk everywhere. The home includes a private driveway for five cars, off-street parking, outdoor shower, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, central AC plus window units for extra-cool summer days. Please note: rentals run Saturday to Saturday; this home is not pet-friendly (there has been a dog on the property), no smoking, and linens are not provided, though a linen rental package is available.

I had eight bedrooms and eight showers, which was very nice when you came back from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a short walk to the beach.

This house was great for our group of 14! The description online is accurate. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great, there is plenty of parking, and the outdoor shower was nice. The location can't be beat - short walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was very quick and easy, and they addressed all of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

3.5 stars, this property was located in a good location. Its definitely showing its age but the rooms, living space, and parking made this property worth a swcond visit.

We stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed our stay. This will be the last time we stay here. The rental was incredibly unclean. It’s in a general state of disrepair. Blood and other bodily fluids on multiple comforters and pillows that were provided. We’re nearly 100% sure there was human fences on the wall above the upstairs bed. We opted to just clean it like we expected the cleaning crew to have done rather than getting any closer to confirm. The place was crawling with bugs and mice. We had to throw out any food we left out the first night because the mice had chewed through everything. So be prepared to keep your food locked up or in the fridge. Half the lightbulbs are out and haven’t been replaced. And speaking of locks, the locks don’t work so you’ll have no security when you’re there. In fact, the set screw for the back door is just missing so the handle falls off constantly. This is assuming you make it inside without constantly stubbing your toe on the improperly installed back door threshold that bloodied four different people’s toes.
The house is incredibly damp and smells of mildew (you know it’s bad when the DampRid containers themselves are condensating). The listing says it was recently updated. This cannot be true. This house needs to be shut down for a few weeks of cleaning and actual updating instead of the effortless cleaning that is being done. Just a completely unpleasant experience and it’s a shame given the otherwise great location of the rental.
