Located on a coveted Beach Block—just 1 block from the Atlantic Ocean and the iconic boardwalk—you can truly "park it and forget it." The city’s best boutiques, coffee shops, and fine dining are all within a 5-minute stroll.
The Layout: Space for Everyone
We have meticulously designed the floor plan to offer maximum flexibility and privacy for multi-family groups, featuring two separate living areas and a rare First-Floor Suite for those avoiding stairs.
Total Sleeping Capacity: Up to 17 Guests
First Floor (Easy Access):
- Bedroom 1: Queen Guest Suite with adjacent full bath—ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
- Bedroom 2 (The Junior Suite): Features a Twin Trundle + a cozy, built-in "Sleeping Nook" that kids absolutely love.
Second Floor:
- Bedroom 3: King Primary Suite (The Ultimate Retreat).
- Bedroom 4 (The Family Room): Double Bed + Twin Bunk Bed.
- Bedroom 5 (Guest Room): Double Bed + Twin Trundle.
Additional Sleeping:
Living Area: Premium Queen-sized pull-out sofa for additional guests.
Chef’s Kitchen & Group Dining
While Rehoboth’s world-class dining is just steps away, our kitchen is a chef’s delight. It is fully stocked with high-end cookware and modern appliances to host a full family feast.

- Morning Coffee: Enjoy the sea breeze from our massive screened-in porch—the perfect spot for morning coffee or late-night crab feasts.

- The Parking "Unicorn": Rare private parking for 4 cars (2 off-street spaces + 2 city permits provided).
- Stay Connected: High-speed Mesh Wi-Fi throughout the home and 3 flat-screen TVs with cable.

- Laundry: Full-sized washer and dryer included for your convenience.
Booking Details
- Summer Stays: we generally rent weekly from Friday-to-Friday (Enjoy a full weekend without the Saturday turnover headaches!). Can't quite get away for a full week? Send us an inquiry to see if we might be able to accommodate a long weekend instead.
- Off-Season: Inquire for shorter stays or weekend getaways.
- Celebrating a family reunion and need more space? The CasaRehoboth can be combined with CasaCottage, our 4 Bedroom Cottage (VRBO Listing #1124277) and/or CasaJunior, our 1 Bedroom Apartment (VRBO Listing #1124291), both of which are located on the same oversized lot. We stayed at Casa Rehoboth and had a great time. The property was clean and fit our group well. The large kitchen was great to be able to fit us all and the location of the house made it accessible. It was also a nice touch that the house uses a keypad to access instead of a key that we had to keep track of. Our group had a great stay. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at the home . The location is very good. The home was clean , but make sure you bring your own sheets , towels and linens. I didn’t recall seeing that in the original listing or I missed it . It was a bit of a pain to have to drag linens along on our trip .I invited people and it Ed uncomfortable for me to ask them to bring their own sheets snd pillows cases and towels. In my past experience with renting any homes I never had to bring my own . Also the front bedroom was extremely small and when you opened the bed you could not close the door . This same room has a bed in a small closet area . I found this a little strange. So if you have small kids that bedroom works but for adults it was a little embarrassing to have to offer that room to one of my guest. I ended up Staying there to avoid one of my guests not being comfortable.I would also mention that parking was a problem as well . You only have room for 2 cars , then you have to search for street parking ( pay by the hour ) . The host was gracious enough to leave us two parking permits which did allow for us to park in non metered spaces. This was a bit challenging as those spaces are limited and we had to park a good distance from the home. Overall we had a good stay. I would recommend this home as long as you are aware of the issues I just described. Oh and the home rule book is extensive with quite a number of restrictions. You might want to ask for that before you rent this home .
