About this house rental
15C Maryland Ave. in Ocean Victoria. Enjoy this spacious luxury 6bdrm/5bath semi-detached townhouse of Ocean Victoria. 3 levels of spacious living with 2 master suites. Ground level entry with Living Room, Dining Room, Gourmet Kitchen w/granite and tile + 1 bdrm on this level for those that do not want to do the stairs. Other amenities are roof top deck and off-street parking for 3 cars. You will return to this property year after year. Limited prime weeks still available.

Once they have, please correspond directly with your Agent at the phone # or email address provided with your lease or call our office directly. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.

This was the perfect house for our annual trip with our best friends from high school (and now their children!) - 16 total! Plenty of space for sleeping and playing. Plenty of bathrooms and we loved the outdoor shower! Easy walk to the beach. We hope to come back next year!

The house and location were wonderful. Our only complaint was all the beds felt like you were sleeping on a bed of concrete. There was only one mattress on each bed. No box spring or no mattress they were so hard it was possibly only the box spring
