Located approximately 1.5 blocks to the beach. This single family home is two units with two separate entrances (if desired). However, the homeowners have opened up the interior stairs case - allowing guests to utilize the entire home without exiting the home to get upstairs or downstairs.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. Each unit has its own kitchen facility. There is off street parking for 2 cars + 2 on street parking permits. There is a screened in porch on the downstairs unit plus an enclosed porch. The upstairs unit has a front and rear deck.
There are two additional weekly rentals located behind this home, two apartments.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $309.25.

First floor- 1 Queen,1 Double Single Bunk Bed
Second floor- 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Singles, 1 Double, 1 Double Sleeper Sofa (Couch converts to a double bed)
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

The location can't be beat. You can walk to everything in town and to the beach so easily. It was amazing for us and the three families we travelled with to park our cars on the first day and not need to get back into them again until we were leaving. The rooms worked perfectly to enable everyone to sleep comfortably and even with 13 people in the house we never felt crowded or that there were not enough bathrooms for everyone to use.
