IN THE HEART OF REHOBOTH BEACH this absolutely stunning, first floor, 2 Bedroom Cottage is in 2nd ocean block is just steps away from all that Rehoboth has to offer: fine dining to great shopping. Features a chef's kitchen, washer/dryer, shady patio with gas grill, outdoor shower and wireless Internet access too. Wonderfully quiet, ductless mini split system for cooling & heating will make your stay super comfortable! There are no off-street parking spaces, but the owners provide two Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits for guests to use, at no additional cost. Have a bigger party? Ask your agent about also booking 43D Maryland upstairs! you can rent that too! Dog permitted with a minimum $150 fee and addendum.
$90 Cleaning Fee to be paid by guest on rentals under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

Had a great time. Place was very clean, great location within walking distance of nearly everything you need. Did drive a half mile to Deauville Beach to avoid the craziness of the beach off the boardwalk. Will definitely be back for years to come

Spent a fun week here, the place is very nicely remodeled and decorated, fantastic kitchen for a condo and a perfect location! We also enjoyed the yard and that we could bring our dog. The shower is small and a door would be better than the curtain at keeping water in, the floor got quite wet. Beds were comfortable, bit of a dampness issue in bedroom though.

Quiet & relaxing but minutes to everything.Very walkable location to beach & restaurants.
The unit was all you could ask for modern & clean & well stocked.
