About this apartment rental
Located less than half a block to the ocean on Maryland Avenue, this one level, ground floor unit offers a spacious screened porch on the front, open floor plan for living room, dining area and kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. Two baths are available - one in the hallway with a tub and shower. The second is in the master bedroom with shower. Wireless Internet and one assigned parking space provided and two Rehoboth Beach Permits. This is the perfect property to rent if you would like to park your car for the week and not move it! Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, Funland and more! No Pets and No smoking.
Guests pay $120 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

Good location. Close to everything. Many good restaurants. Nice screened in porch.Only downside is you can't see the ocean. And we had a group of young ladies above us who were quite noisy. At least they were only there the last 2 days. Otherwise very quiet.

The beach house was a good place to stay with close proximity to the beach, boardwalk and town. The house was equipped with all the necessities and beachy feel. Loved the screened in porch. A little noisy at times with another unit upstairs but to be expected. Overall an enjoyable experience.

This is a cute place with a great location. We stayed in the bottom unit and there were kids upstairs that were loud. We could hear them when they were home and it was in the background, but it didn’t keep anybody up. The biggest complaint we had was that the owner, put a minimum temperature on the air conditioning and you could not put the air lower than 72. There were fans, but it didn’t really help. So it was hot a lot of the time we were at the place. Also, my husband has asthma and something about The Place triggered his breathing so that he needed to use an inhaler the whole week we were there. The kitchen what is minimally stocked. Other than these things, it really was a lovely place. We enjoyed our stay and we loved how close it was to the beach. The parking space, the outside showers, and the use of two Rehoboth parking passes was very helpful. We would probably do it again, but would bring a bit more so we could be a little bit more comfortable. We honestly did like it a lot, and we had a great week, but there are a couple of minor things that could be addressed that would add a couple of stars. :)
