Enjoy this updated 2 bedroom 1 bath condo located on the 5th floor on the South Side of the building. Unit offers a queen bed in the front room, 2 twins with a mattress pad to convert to a king in the back room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a Keurig as well as a French press. TVs are smart TVs equipped with YouTube Streaming premium services.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Renters are responsible to supply their own bed linens, towels and paper products. You can purchase a linen package at an additional cost. Package includes sheets, towels and beach towels for max. occupancy.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Our stay at one Virginia was great. First time we have stayed there. We rented room 503 which was very nice and comfortable. Brittany was great in helping us and very accommodating. She responded to any questions quickly. We will come back to one Virginia again.
