Close to the sand! This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo offers a queen bed in the master, a bunk with a double and single in the guest room and a double sleeper sofa. This unit has a keurig coffeemaker and is located on the South Side of the building.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Renters are responsible to supply their own bed linens, towels and paper products. Linen package includes sheets, towels and beach towels for max. occupancy. There is a smart tv with a firestick to stream your favorite shows.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.
