About this apartment rental
Your perfect beach getaway! This bright and cheerful two bedroom, one bath, second floor apartment with enclosed porch is literally steps to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, shops and more. Comfortably furnished with wireless internet and smart TV and it's pet friendly with a minimum $150 pet fee. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Have a bigger party? Ask your agent about also booking 43 C Maryland downstairs! Gas Grill and outdoor space is shared with guests in condominium unit downstairs. There is one off-street parking space and the owners provide two Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits for guests to use, at no additional cost. Please note there is NO Washer & Dryer.
Guests staying less than 7 nights pay an $90 cleaning fee. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Property was very clean and even though is was pet friendly I would have never known-that means a lot. It was very beach friendly and in a great location. I just wish the bathroom was a little bit bigger and a place to hang things outside to dry. Otherwise it would be perfect. Thanks!

This was a very comfortable place to stay, loved the sun porch, air conditioning works great, clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to the beach and downtown but still very quiet when you want to relax.

Downstairs neighbors were very intrusive. They dominated the shared space like it was their own. Parked on street because of the shared parking situation. No laundry in upstairs apartment 43D listed in fine print of contract. Online listing says coin laundry available. That is NOT on property for upstairs rental. Location was great. Upstairs apartment was small but enough for two people. Nicely decorated.
