Start your mornings with coffee on the large screened porch and unwind in the evenings on the expansive second-floor sun deck after a day at the beach. Two upstairs bedrooms open directly onto the deck through sliding glass doors, creating a bright and airy coastal atmosphere. Kids will love the built-in bunk beds in one of the bedrooms.
Leave the car behind and enjoy one of the best locations in town! You're just:
• 3 blocks from the beach
• 1 block from restaurants, shops, and local attractions
• A short stroll to Silver Lake and the children's playground
The property includes a driveway that fits two to three cars and two parking passes during the season.
Summer rentals are available by the week, with a three-night minimum during the spring and fall seasons.
Whether you're here for beach days, boardwalk fun, outstanding dining, boutique shopping, or simply relaxing with family and friends, you'll find everything within easy walking distance.

The house was spotless and so very well appointed !! We were able to use the yard and the screen porch to sit after days of beach volleyball. It was a great place to gather and recant our days events. Enough room to spread out yet still have everyone involved if desired.

We had a wonderful family beach week. The house comfortably fit our family. The walk to the boardwalk and beach is doable for my husband and I.

The house was in a great location- we could walk everywhere. The home was clean, cozy and laid out nicely. We loved the back porch, and the kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed. The owner did a great job of communicating with us throughout the stay. The only issue we had with the house was the spiral staircase. It was extremely unsafe for small children, and it seemed as if it was going to collapse every time one of us went up or down the stairs. We'd love to come back and stay again but hesitate because of the stairs. Otherwise, absolutely lovely home!
