Welcome to 220 Laurel St, a pet-friendly five-bedroom, three-bath single-family home that sleeps thirteen comfortably. Designed for easy coastal living, the house offers multiple living areas—perfect for gathering together or sneaking off for a little quiet time after a long beach day. You'll also love the spacious, airy sunroom with air conditioning, which adds extra dining space and a bright place to relax. Outside, the gorgeous fenced-in backyard is a private retreat, complete with a large outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet. Off-street parking, a private driveway for approximately four cars, plus essentials like a gas grill, Wi-Fi, cable TV, central A/C, and a washer and dryer are all provided to make your stay effortless.
Step out and make a day of everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Lounge by the ocean, boogie board in the surf, or comb the shoreline for seashells. Rent bikes from one of the many nearby shops and cruise the famous boardwalk, then stop into boutique stores or enjoy fresh seafood at the area's beloved restaurants. In summer, don't miss the free concerts at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand. Perfect location in a quiet street just blocks away from the boardwalk and any kind of food you want to eat. Lots of Parks for the kids. So Much space in the house for a large family. Will return!

When you enter the house it smells like urine. The listing mentioned that pets had been at the property, and it smelled that way. The furniture is old and not very clean. The kitchen is narrow and hard for more than one person to use at a time. The bathrooms are old and outdated. The one nice feature is the enclosed back porch which looks newer than the rest of the house. Behind the house is a detached garage with a room over it. We discovered early in our stay that the owner was living in that room and would regularly walk down the driveway past us, making for an uncomfortable situation. He was not friendly and made the stay even more unpleasant.
