There is no boat launch directly at the property, but the nearest launch is approximately 3 miles away in Dewey Beach. Rehoboth Bay Marina charges $10 each time the ramp is accessed.

We had such a great week! Loved sitting on the lower deck looking at birds. The property worked well for all of us including the 2 year old and the puppy! Would consider renting again.

House was advertised. Great location to downtown and fit plenty of guests. House had some plumbing issues and did not have soap or dishwasher detergent. Other than that house was great and fit our needs perfectly.

Overall, this house served my family for what we needed, which was a lot of bedrooms. But bedrooms and an incredible view were essentially all this house provided. There are a few minor things that could be done to drastically improve the overall experience for guests. The basement is begging for a ping pong table, pool table, and a pull-out sofa. The kitchen is also lacking good cooking and baking supplies. There were also inconsistencies in the cleanliness and quality of the linens that we paid extra for. The house itself was also not cleaned well. There are also some design flaws in the pocket doors of the upstairs bathrooms, some bedroom and bathroom doors that do not close, and showers that immediately flood the bathrooms because the water pressure is too strong. Again, overall our experience was fine, but there are some easy improvements that would make this place a much more quality place to stay with your family!
