Welcome to 58 Sussex Street, a coastal beauty in Rehoboth Beach. This recently constructed six-bedroom home—featuring four primary suites—offers exceptional comfort and an unbeatable location, making it perfect for large groups and families. After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind in the inviting living room or gather around the long dining table or expansive granite kitchen island for a family game night. Each of the six bedrooms has its own charm and convenient access to a bathroom. The first level includes a king primary suite with an ensuite bathroom, sitting area, and smart TV, along with an open-concept living space featuring vaulted ceilings, a dining area for twelve, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beverage bar with a dishwasher, bar sink, and beverage cooler. From the primary suite or the kitchen, step out onto the rear patio and enjoy the peaceful outdoor setting.
The second level offers another king primary suite with an ensuite bathroom and SMART TV, plus four additional bedrooms, each with bathroom access. A second family room provides more seating, a SMART TV, and another beverage bar complete with a bar sink and beverage cooler. Outside, the private and quiet back garden is the perfect place to relax with cocktails among friends and family. Located just one block from Rehoboth Avenue and a short walk from the beach and boardwalk, the home sits conveniently behind the Cultured Pearl restaurant, Starbucks, and a selection of local tax-free boutiques. The private driveway accommodates four vehicles. Amenities include two-zone air conditioning, eight SMART TVs, two wet bars with sinks and beverage coolers, two dishwashers, two washers and dryers, a large rear patio with a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. Please note that linens are not supplied, though a rental linen package is available; pets and visiting pets are not permitted; and the home offers streaming services only. The property was well maintain. It was fully stock with all kitchen items. Lighting and water pressure was great. The home was very inviting.
