The house itself features: A LARGE SWIMMING POOL, HOT TUB (installed Fall of 2025), LARGE FRONT PORCH for summer mornings and late nights, LARGE FULLY STOCKED CHEF S KITCHEN , WET BAR, and other OUTDOOR VACATION AMENITIES. Living areas include: THREE LIVING ROOMS (plus the backyard) + THREE EATING AREAS (plus tables in the backyard) + Games! You cannot get more center of town with a great proximity to the beach than this. The balance gives you a private home, but quick access to restaurants, shops, bars, coffee, and most importantly, the beach! The house alone is phenomenal - the location puts it over the top!
