Situated just 1-mile from the sea at Shingle Street, Sutton Hoo (an ancient National Trust owned burial ground) is 3 miles away, whilst the market town of Woodbridge with its many amenities including sailing, cinema, swimming pool and restaurants is 5 miles. Horse riding for all ages and abilities is available by arrangement with the owners whose land extends for a further 150 acres of paddocks, woods and lakes. Also conveniently placed for visits to Snape Maltings, Minsmere, Dunwich, Orford, Aldeburgh and Southwold. Walking, cycling, horse riding and bird watching are all available locally. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
