Equipped with a barbecue for shared use and the terrace furnished with table and chairs where you can spend relaxing moments. Private parking in the completely fenced property. The beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.The location is sunny and quiet surrounded by nature.The nearby beaches are of various types, sandy, with pebbles, concrete, and rocky, to satisfy every taste and need. The area is one of the few where the coast changes shape and type every few hundred meters and abounds in vegetation near the sea where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of summer days. The area has been known by tourists for centuries for the healing air thanks to the pine woods of the area, for the nature and tranquility.The beach at only 450 m, the bakery, greengrocer, bar at 800 m, the closest restaurant at 200 m, the petrol station at 200 m. The new and comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of the house with a large private covered terrace furnished with table and chairs at the entrance.The kitchen is modern and equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, smoke extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, bidet, and bathroom towels two per person are provided (changed weekly).The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), bedside tables and night lamps, large wardrobe. The living area has a dining table with 4 chairs, flat-screen satellite TV, coffee table, sofa bed for two people, air conditioner, and free Wi-Fi internet connection.
In the completely fenced courtyard available for shared use the barbecue, trampoline for children, and free parking.
* Pets are not allowed.* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside while smoking inside is not allowed* We ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,- turn off the air conditioning and dishwasher for safety reasons when they are not in the accommodation,- to use the equipment of the accommodation with care,- leave the bins empty and wash the cutlery and kitchen utensils used,- notify the owner of any damage caused, which the owner will request in cash after a precise assessment of the damage before departure,- One day before departure, indicate the expected departure time in order to arrange key collection.* The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 am on the last day of the stay.* Individual transport is possible (example: airport accommodation, ...)
