Perfect family retreat

Amazing location, the yard and kid's playground have a lot of natural shade and cool areas on hot days, while the beach is only 200 meters away and also provides plenty of natural shade, making it perfect for the kids. The house itself looked great, sensible layout and use of space, with an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas powered grill. The kitchen was very well equiped. I rarely come across a complete set where there's really nothing missing if you want to cook yourself - even though we didn't even use it that much this time. Furniture is perfectly fine, and most importantly it's comfy. Some slight wear on some of the cabinets, but nothing major. Also, there's a grill restaurant with great food and even better staff. Worth a visit even if not staying at this camp. Definitelly coming back again soon.

The only minor gripe I have with the place is a bit spotty wifi signal in some parts of the house, but really this is scratching the bottom of the barrel to find something negative.

The apartment was very clean and modern... It was near the beach... We also liked kids playground in the apartment zone... The owners were also very friendly and kind.

A holiday rental where you get everything you need for a great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Park Mimoza in Bašanija. We had everything we were looking for: clean and comfy accommodation, a place where our child could play and safely explore, privacy and the opportunity to hang out with other guests at the same time, lots of shade, peaceful nights and the vicinity of the sea. Miha also let us rent bikes so we could cycle to the sandy beach nearby. Thanks! 🙂 We would recommend this holiday rental to everyone who looks for a proper accommodation for families with children. location really pleasant, 150 meter far from the sea and in a very relaxing and comfortable place. owner are super friendly and always available in any moment. it's very good also for children asinternal games and entertainment area are present especially for them.

this below is just a suggestion: maybe just a little bit more attention on the games for babies it would be super. no problem at all but just some of them are a little bit dangerous if no parents are there.

Greatly recommended, clean, quiet, close to the sea.

Great property among pine trees to ensure shade but still very light, clean, and comfortable. Each property has a little porch/veranda in front, with table and chairs and grill. It is extremely quite with an occasional squirrel throwing nuts on top of the porch :-). Ideal for families with kids as it is also fenced (each bungalow gets its own parking spot within the gate). The beach is 5 minutes walk, it is rocky but has ok access to the sea, which is very clean. There is also a pool on the beach that can be used free of charge. A supermarket with basics, two bakeries and three restaurants are in walking distance (5-10 min). WiFi also worked perfectly and the owners were super hospitable and helpful.

Wonderful mobile home close to the sea

We only stayed for two nights at the accomodation, but we loved the location close to the sea, the comfy accomodation and the kind owner and his great staff who were always very nice and helpful. We can definitely recommend it!

great houses near a quiet beach

New, well equipped vacation houses. 5min walk from Pineta beach. The hotel has its own children's park and there are several good restaurants (for all budgets) nearby.

Quiet location. Excellently equipped and comfortable units under the shade of pine trees. Nice short stroll to the sea. Everything is new, modern and sparkling clean. Every unit has it's own covered terrace with grill, which is great bonus. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet bungalow de luxe. Perfect for a family with a child. Beach, supermarket, bakery, exchange point and good restaurants are all within walking distance. The owner Micha is very friendly left no wishes open. As a bonus we were allowed to charge our electric vehicle from the outlet at the terrace. Many thanks and hope to see you soon.

Friendly stuff, perfect for families with small kids. Close to the beach, restaurant and store. Great modern resort with private terace and playground, secured by fence. Nice starting point for road, XC, CX biking. Will be returning.

Extremely nice place for relaxation (with children)

We enjoy totally new holiday house which featured all necessary equipment. Sea side is not so far and it takes fem minutes walk. Big trees around house gives shade which is appreciated when you have small children. Playground for children is also benefit for this holiday park.
