Superb
Located in a middle of a small tourist village, this Villa (Lara) is surrounded by several magnificent stone/rock beaches, five to ten minutes away. The appartmemts are nice and clean, the area great to relax (there's even a BBQ) and the pool is great. Staff/owner is simply great, so nice.
It's still a tourist village, for real supermarkets and a bit more you have to travel to Umag of course (e.g. if you want to do a bit more laundry). But we all know this beforehand, right? Also keep in mind that the Villa has six appartments, so you have to share the place/pool, which was completely fine with us.

The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. It even provides a daily cleaning service which is extremely rare in self-catering apartments. The host and the staff are very kind and available all the time. The swimming pool is great and rarely used by other guests.
There are a lot of mosquitos in this part of Istria - nothing to do with the apartment, but if you decide to come, bring all the anti-mosquito aid you can get.
