lady who helped us was very friendly and the agency was very flexible because we didnt have a car to visit their front desk so we did everything by mail. We will be definetly back again.

Location is nice. Beach is not so far.

Bets are very uncomfortable and very noise. You couldn't sleep on them. Sofa had strange stains. All over the apartment was cobwebs. Bathroom was not so clean as I expected.

Good area, reasonably close to the coast.

Very noisy location, noise and smell also came from chicken across the street. One could hear everything thorough the walls, but maybe we were just unlucky as the neighbours upstairs were extremely loud even after 22:00. Bathroom was not clean. You need to drive to Umag 8km, where is impossible to get parking so you have to pay for parking in cash and then get all the docs for the apartment. Too expensive for what they offer.

The bathrooms bin was not emptied on arrival. We had no hot water on the following morning

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The location of the property was great, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Also near by there were some restaurants, small shop and ATM, so pretty handy. The apartement was also pretty well equipped with dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, etc.

Besides the location, not much was good. The apartment wasn't very clean, there were cobwebs, dead bugs, windows were smudged, on the first night we found some small bugs on the bed (we didn't know if they were bed bugs or something else, so we freaked out a bit) which turned out to be booklice or something similar. The property did offer a different flat, which we did check, but same bugs where there too, so it didn’t matter. On our second day, some people moved in upstairs and decided that at 3:30AM is a good idea to put on loud music and get drunk, which made me shout at them to stop. We did contact the property about this, they assured us they going to talk with the people in the flat, but this didn't do anything, almost every night around 2AM to 3AM they started moving furniture or something, making a hell of a noise (I don't believe the property every contacted those people). The TV was crap, only Slovenian basic channel (we were in Croatia not Slovenia) or satellite with over 700 channels of shopping, news, and some German channels (bear in mind that from those 700 channels only like 200 worked). The WiFi didn't work well, sometimes you had to be outside for signal, sometimes in the toilet, sometimes it just didn't work, just bad. The contact people from the property did try to help in their own way, but on the second phone call they did started to sound like we are annoying (we probably were annoying) them, but this was our first vacation after 2 years due to Covid. We only wanted relaxation, silence in the nights and a comfortable place to stay and sleep, which this wasn't.

Struttura bella ma da migliorare

Mi è piaciuta la posizione e il parcheggio proprio davanti all'ingresso dell'appartamento.

Non mi è piaciuta la pulizia,lenzuola macchiate,ragnatele,ecc.,internet che non funzionava a dovere...insomma si può fare di meglio visto il prezzo che una persona paga!

Pace e tranquillità vicino ad un mare splendido

L'appartamento è in un contesto molto elegante e abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia. Il piccolo condominio è molto tranquillo e ben servito. Ha due bagni, cosa molto comoda. È molto pulito e provvisto di tutto il necessario per soggiornare senza problemi, compresi due split di aria condizionata. È l'ideale per godersi qualche giorno al mare in tranquillità senza il frastuono ne l'affollamento dei posti più turistici. La cittadina di Bassania è piccolina e c'è giusto il necessario ma spostandosi 10 minuti in macchina c'è Umago che è una città ben servita e molto carina. Vi si trovano diversi supermercati conosciuti. Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono passare giornate tranquille, spostandosi tra casa e spiaggia con qualche puntatina verso Umago o, spingendosi un po' di più, verso Parenzo o Rovigno (1 ora circa di strada).

L'unica cosa che manca è una lavatrice, utile quando si vogliono lavare gli asciugamani da mare, qualche bacinella e qualche straccio da usare quando si esce dalla doccia. Consigliamo di cambiare le padelle perché ormai rovinate... Ma so che è una piccolezza, utile comunque a chi verrà a soggiornare.

Vše bylo čisté, perfektně nachystané, byli jsme příjemně překvapeni vybavením

nedoupravený dvorek/terasa když už není výhled z terasy, hodil by se plot, aby každý neměl výhled na vás, jak popíjíte tanní kávičku :-)

Mieliśmy do dyspozycji apartament na parterze: świetnie wyposażony, z klimatyzacją i własnym zacienionym parkingiem tuż przed wejściem. Czysto i porządnie, taras i suszarka na ręczniki do dyspozycji. Apartament jest w małej miejscowości niedaleko Umagu, bez hałasu i zgiełku turystycznego. Najbliższa plaża przestronna i ładna, woda o głębokości odpowiedniej dla dzieci, piękna malownicza ścieżka wzdłuż brzegu aż do latarni morskiej.

Zameldowanie i formalności miało miejsce w Umagu - w miejscowości położonej ok. 15 minut jazdy samochodem od samego obiektu, ale zostaliśmy o tym wielokrotnie uprzedzeni. Jest dość blisko plaży, dla osoby dorosłej krótki spacer, ale dla małego dziecka to już sporo ;)

Appartamento pulito e accogliente in zona top!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Pulizia impeccabile, spazi curati e tutto l’occorrente per sentirsi subito a proprio agio. La posizione è molto comoda: in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge una delle spiagge più belle di Umago, con accesso anche per i cani, mentre il centro si trova a circa 10 minuti di macchina. Nei dintorni ci sono diversi bar e ristorantini molto carini, perfetti per una cena tranquilla senza doversi spostare troppo. Una menzione speciale a Nina e a suo marito, che con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole, facendoci sentire davvero accolti. Un posto che consigliamo e in cui torneremmo volentieri!

alles im ganzen war es trozdem ein Wunderschön Urlaub in einem Wunderschön Ort.

Super finde das es nicht weit bis zum Meer ist man geht zufuß von der Unterkunft max 12 min, es gibt viele Sachen die man mit seiner Familie unternehmen kann die Promenade von Umag ist auch nur max 10 Autominuten entfernt. es gibt viele Bar und Resturant, Einlaufsmöglichkeiten und Shops, und es ist ein sehr Humdefreundlicher Ort man kann seine treuen Begleiter überall mit hin nehmen.

Schade finde ich es immer noch das in der Unterkunft kein Backofen vorhanden ist, und das jede Unterkunft von Plavo More das gleiche Wlan hat, so hatten wir fast nie einen Internet empfang

Esperienza da non ripetere

Gentilezza della ragazza all'ufficio dell'agenzia.

Appena prenotato ci avvisano di un extra di 15 euro in più al giorno per il cane (la mia cagnolina è di 3 kg ed è più pulita di alcune persone) se ci avessero avvisato prima avrei scelto un'altra struttura dove il cane era incluso, in più tasse di soggiorno extra (nella prenotazione vi era scritto fossero incluse). Arriviamo all'appartamento e la pulizia è orribile (sulle sedie briciole di pane, copriletto con chiazze di sporco color rosso tolta quella nelle lenzuola capelli, come anche nella vasca, asciugamani giallini, condizionatore con i filtri sporchissimi e non igenici ) stendipanni senza fili e di sera scorpioni in casa!! Purtroppo per nulla contenta. E per fortuna che hanno fatto pagare l'extra per il mio cane con quello sporco in casa c'era solo da vergognarsi a chiedere queste spese!
