Pulita e confortevole

Delizioso appartamento, molto molto pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato che siano state messe federe pulite anche ai cuscini d'arredamento. La proprietaria è stata accogliente e disponibile. 10/15 minuti a piedi dal mare. Panettiere, fruttivendolo, bar., ristoranti e supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze (non più di 5 minuti a piedi). Località silenziosa ma a 12 min di macchina ci sono locali per tutti i gusti. Con noi c'era anche il nostro cane. Subito fuori dall'appartamento ci sono stradine di campagna per passeggiate.

Per accedere all'appartamento bisogna passare di fronte ad altri. Questo potrebbe dar fastidio a chi soggiorna nei primi 2 appartenenti. .

Trotzdem würden wir das Apartment weiterempfehlen – vor allem wegen der Sauberkeit, der guten Ausstattung und der netten

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Apartment Noa in Umag. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, und es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermittlerin – man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war allerdings, dass wir am Vortag der Abreise eine Nachricht erhalten haben, dass wir das Apartment bis 10 Uhr morgens verlassen müssen und die Vermieterin bereits um 9 Uhr kommen wird. Das hat leider ein wenig die entspannte Stimmung am letzten Urlaubstag getrübt.

Při příjezdu jsme objevili v apartmánu obrovské množství mravenců. Po konzultaci s majitelkou jsme je vystříkali připraveným sprejem. Po zbytek dne a noci jsme však dýchali zápach spreje. Zbytek pobytu byl v pořádku.

Excellent, would definitely recommend.

Great location, close to the beach - about 10 minute walk. Apartments are located in a nice, quiet environment and they are separated by a wall which gives you just enough privacy. Outside there is a lounging area with outdoor sitting area, umbrella and two lounging chairs. Car parking is right in front of the apartment.

Very comfortable, enough space for up to 6 people. The owner is very kind, and provides also with boat trips for reasonable price.

Less furniture and design things (but maybe a little bit too many things in the flat which are there only from design purpose.), cleaner floor.

Nice house, new indoor and outdoor furniture.

In contrast with the rooms, the bathroom is not reconstructed, with elder tub, bad door, and might be too small for a group of 6 persons. We had to by toilet papers for us own, since we received only 2-3 rolls at the start (we spent there a week with a family). A microwave oven would be useful.
