La Vecchia Fornace is a detached house that can accommodate 14 people, consisting of three apartments with an outdoor, heated swimming pool for exclusive use and private Finnish sauna on request.
Derived from an old farmhouse, it stands about 900mt in the middle of the green Lima Valley, has a fenced priscina aera with gate and shower, furnished with sunbeds, gazebo and sofas.
Parking for 5 places.
The property is the stone property facing the heated pool (10 x 5), behind it is the neighbor's but they are both bordered and separated, so obviously the outdoor areas are private.

Sera, ground floor apartment of 80sqm, with kitchen complete with dishwasher and living room, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower.
Alba, ground floor and second floor apartment of 70sqm, with kitchen with living room on the ground floor and on the second floor two double bedrooms with bathroom with shower.
Mezzodì, second floor apartment of 60 sq m, with kitchen complete with dishwasher and living room, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
The following might be to be paid extra: Dinner, Final Cleaning, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit, Sauna.
