Villa Ilaria is an ancient 19th century residence, which has been recently renovated and situated in a peaceful location, surrounded by a large fenced-in garden with age-old trees. The villa is part of an large estate where olive oil and wine are made, with splendid views of the surrounding hills covered in vineyards and olive-tree groves. The geographic location of the villa is ideal for groups of friends who want to alternate between relaxing and going on cultural outings throughout this area of Tuscany. You can easily reach Florence and Pistoia, as well as Lucca and the Terme di Montecatini. You can also easily reach by motorway the beaches of Versilia. The spacious outdoor areas are characterised by a swimming pool (12x6, 0.90-1.40m deep) (02/06-29/09 open from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm) situated 150 m from the house, with an outdoor shower. To be request when booking and to be paid for on location: maid service, a chef for dinners and lunches, midweekly linen change. Some of the furniture are period pieces. Access to the house by means of 100 m of dirt track road. Wi-Fi internet is included in the price. Central heating.
