The property with lawn and garden is equipped with table tennis, slide and swing, barbecue, gazebo, tables and chairs for outdoor meals; beautiful and lighted bean-shaped pool equipped with shower, sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas; The access road is partially (about 200 m) unpaved. First floor: living room with satellite TV and bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden; 2 bathroom WC; living room with TV and fireplace, with direct exit to the garden; kitchen with direct exit to the garden; with independent access from outside a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Second floor: 4 double bedrooms (one with extra bed), each with bathroom with shower. Another 4 double rooms, each with a bathroom with shower, have access from the outside. On the first floor one room remains closed as well as the cellar. Some distances: 10 km Pistoia, 37 km from Lucca, 42 km from Florence, 53 km from Pisa, 60 km from Viareggio and the beaches of Versilia. 3 km grocery stores and restaurant, 4.5 km supermarket and stores of all kinds, 8 km riding stable, 9 km spas, golf course and tennis.
