About this villa rental
Beautiful Tuscan villa surrounded by green hills between Florence and Pisa in a panoramic position with a wonderful view of the medieval city of San Miniato. The villa is equipped with a large swimming pool of about 100 meters surrounded by ancient olive trees that stretch over the entire hill, exclusive property. The villa consists of large living rooms, fireplace, kitchen with panoramic terrace and equipped with a large wood oven, cellar, bathroom on the day side and eight large double bedrooms each with its own exclusive bathroom, one of these is equipped with facilities for the handicapped . In addition to the double rooms, there are 2 double sofa beds and 3 cots for children.
The villa is 1 km from San Minato where there are all services, is in a central position from which you can easily and quickly reach the most beautiful cities in Tuscany: Florence (40 km), Pisa (40 km), Lucca (40 km ), Siena (60Km), not that San Gimignano (30km) and Volterra (40km). For golf lovers there is a field at San Miniato 9 holes and a very nice one at Castelfalfi 27 holes (25 km).

With 21 of us, we thoroughly enjoyed the many bedrooms each with a bathroom, the large living spaces, ample table seating. The grounds were lovely and the swimming pool was wonderful to swim in each day. The views from the villa are stunning! Also, the villa is furnished with beautiful historic furnishings. Alessandro, our host, was extremely helpful and accessible!

Very Nice location. Good size rooms, all with toilet and shower. Easy going owner. Central location between Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.

Sehr großes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf San Miniato und ins Tal. Der Pool ist super, wir fanden sehr gut, dass er etwas abgerückt vom Haus liegt. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle ein eigenes Bad, sind geräumig und gleichwertig. Wir waren zu Neunt, fanden die große Küche super und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Alessandro ist ein sehr netter und gut erreichbarer Gastgeber
