The stay exceeded our expectations. The location is amazing, hidden from traffic and noise, yet close to the centre of Montaione. The location is also perfect for exploring the rest of Tuscany as wonderful historical cities are less than an hour drive away (like Sienna, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano). It’s a family business, so hosts were very warm and friendly which made us feel at home. They make their own wine so I would recommend trying some of them as they are very good. Also, welcome basket was a nice touch. We’re definitely going to come back again.
