POGGIO ALLA CAVALLA FARMHOUSE

The Poggio alla Cavalla farmhouse is located in Lamporecchio, in the heart of Tuscany near Florence, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo.

Thanks to the privileged geographical position of the farm, it is possible to undertake day trips to visit the tourist, cultural and art centers of Tuscany: Florence, Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca and the sandy beach of Versilia, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo, Cortona.

The property is surrounded by a garden in which there is a swimming pool.
THE SWIMMING POOL which is reserved only for guests of the farmhouse, was built in an open space and well exposed to the sun so as to always offer a pleasant water temperature; the terrace that surrounds it offers a view of the surrounding countryside and is equipped with a shower, deck chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas and tables.

The POGGIO ALLA CAVALLA FARMHOUSE consists of 5 APARTMENTS and the MASTER HOUSE. The price is valid for 20 people, for more people up to 26 people a supplement of €7.00 per day will be applied.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT THE WHOLE STRUCTURE EXCLUSIVELY.

THE ARANCIO AZZURRO, YELLOW and GREEN APARTMENTS have a surface area respectively of: 42 sq m – 42 sq m – 42 sq m – 36 sq m – 30 sq m each apartment can accommodate 2/5 people.
All the apartments are on the ground floor with an independent entrance, have a private garden or outdoor area, independent heating, air conditioning, TV, Internet Wifi;
Inside, the apartments are composed as follows:
• Living area with kitchenette (stove, electric oven, dishwasher, sink, fridge-freezer), dining table and sofa bed ..
• Double bedroom (with the possibility of adding a cot) equipped with linen and towels covers.
• Bathroom equipped with shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, bidet and hairdryer, equipped with bathroom linen set for all guests.

THE RED APARTMENT has a surface area of 30 m2 and can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the ground floor with independent entrance, independent heating, air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet; covered outdoor space equipped with sofa and table for eating in the open air.
Inside the apartment is composed of:
• Living area with kitchenette (stove, electric oven, dishwasher, sink, fridge-freezer), dining table.
• Bedroom with double bed and a single bed, equipped with linen and blankets.
• Bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer, equipped with a set of bath linen for all guests.

THE MASTER HOUSE has an area of 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 7 people.
the Master House is spread over 2 floors, with an independent entrance on the ground floor, private garden, heating, air conditioning, WiFi Internet, TV;
The ground floor is an open space consisting of:
- Kitchen with hob 5 f, sink, dishwasher, electric oven, freezer column and fridge
320lt, electric oven column and microwave oven, kitchen utensils and all utensils, dish service and glasses for 12p, table and chairs and kitchen linen.
- Living room furnished with a large piece of furniture with a support surface for computers with TV and internet and a comfortable 3-seater 2-seater sofa.
On the 1st floor there are:
- 2 large double bedrooms, one with a terrace overlooking the pool and both with the possibility of addin a cot.
- Comfortable bathroom with shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer, equipped with a set of towels for everyone the guests.

All lodgings have a drying rack, a table and an iron.
The farmhouse is equipped with a washing machine.
Up to 8 cars can stay in the large parking lot of the farmhouse, it is equipped with a fence and an automatic gate.

In the immediate vicinity of the farm (km 1/km 2) there are: supermarkets and grocery stores, banks, post office, pharmacy, doctors' offices, green cross public assistance, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

Given the privileged geographical position of the farm, it is possible to undertake day trips to visit the tourist, cultural and art centers of Tuscany: Florence, Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, S. Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo, Cortona and the beach sand from Versilia.

COST INFORMATION:

The price is valid for 16 people, for more people up to 26 people a supplement of €10.00 per day will be applied.

Final cleaning €450.00 (mandatory)
Air conditioning €38.00 per day if used.
Heating €28.00 per day if used.
Animals: €10 each per day (allowed on request)
Nursery or cot: €20.00 (only on request)
Tourist tax: €1,25 per person per night.
