Charming Tuscan Villa
Charming Tuscan villa with a beautiful garden and a large pool area. Great location just outside Pistoia with quick access to the autostrada to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, etc. Amazing breakfast with delicious cakes and sandwiches. The Aperol Spritz from Simone is perfectly mixed. Highly recommended!
The road to access the villa has got some room for improvement ;) But that is about it.

A true oasis of peace and refinement, the villa perfectly combines historical elegance with modern comfort. ​The gardens are stunning, filled with lush greenery and featuring a pool with views of the Tuscan hills. It's the perfect place to relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the scenery. ​The rooms are decorated with great taste, with every detail carefully chosen to preserve the authenticity of the place. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, with fresh and local products, perfect for starting your day. ​What truly makes a difference is the hospitality of the hosts. They are extremely welcoming, always ready to offer advice on what to visit in the area and make you feel at home. ​Villa Parri is not just a place to stay, but a destination in itself. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing experience in the heart of Tuscany.

An Unforgettable Stay – 12 out of 10!
Our stay here was absolutely amazing – we honestly wish we could give 12 out of 10, even though the scale only goes to 10! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and peaceful – a little slice of paradise. The breakfast was simply heavenly. We've truly never had anything like it – fresh, delicious, and served in such a lovely atmosphere. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Simone. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm handshake and a genuine smile. He was incredibly service-minded, respectful, helpful, and clearly passionate about making sure guests feel welcome and at ease. Simone is the kind of person who makes you feel at home from the very first minute – attentive without ever being intrusive. Thanks to him, we didn’t just feel like guests – we felt truly cared for. This was one of those rare stays that leaves you with a big smile and a warm heart. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything!

Excellent & wouldn`t hesitate to book again.
A really great small hotel. Simone the manager, was excellent & we met the owner ( apologies, but whose name now escapes me ) & she was very friendly & hospitable. A converted family home, its been done sympathetically & the rooms are beautifully done.
My only concern is that there did not seem to be a great deal with walking distance, although Pistoia is a very short drive away.

Perfect!
Beautiful property, beautiful villa, many different hideout options, pool and loads of greenery. The room was clean and beautifully furnished. There was everything you need and more. Breakfast was amazing. We were super excited that dogs are allowed in the villa and we brought our pup with us. Simone was really kind and extremely helpful before and during our stay. The family was also really nice and welcoming. We felt very well taken care of in the Villa Parri. Thank you!

It’s a beautiful place, with a nice pool and it’s at a good location close by to Pistoia.
That you couldn’t order any food after breakfast. Also we didn’t know we needed to pay extra for the sauna. But that are small problems, overall it’s a beautiful and comfortable place!
