We were very impressed with this stay. Great location. Very peaceful. Easy to drive to the nearby vineyards and lots of interesting places nearby to go for short trips. Beautiful views. The hosts were a great source of information. Booklet on arrival with lots of useful information.
We visited with teenagers and thought they might be bored, but they enjoyed their stay as much as we did.
We did short day trips to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and visited Pisa on the way back to the airport.
There's the beautiful Castellina in Chianti less than 10mins drive away. Local shops with everything you need to cook food, but the local restaurants were fabulous.
Edith was lovely and always answered my text messages quickly.
Sophie gave us one of the best vineyard and cellar tours with wine tasting.
They are both really lovely people who just want their guests to enjoy this beautiful part of the world. We are thinking of visiting again at different times of the year to experience it in different ways.
You have to have a car. The drive up looks scary but that is only the first time you see it. It really is very easy.

Tuscany environment and nice village at walking distance. Very nice styled house with lots of rooms and amazing views… The owner Edith is a very friendly host.
We stayed with 12 persons and all like cooking. We would have expected a better equipped kitchen with more cutlery in kitchen for 12 persons.
