Large stone-built farmhouse (480 m2) completely restored farmhouse, situated inside a large property which covers an area of about 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti in a peaceful and panoramic position amidst the vineyards and gently rolling hills of Chianti Classico (350 m a.s.l.) between Siena and Florence. An attentive restoration work has brought the farmhouse back to its ancient splendor. The house is characterized by a garden and equipped outdoor areas (portable barbecue), equipped loggia, fenced swimming pool "L"-shaped (12x8) (01/05-13/10). Included in the price 2 hours of daily cleaning from Monday to Friday included, baby bed (to be requested when booking), wi-fi internet connection. To request at the moment of booking and to be paid on the spot: domestic help extra hours, cook. It is possible to purchase the estate produce. Possibility of guided tasting tours of the medieval cellar with wine and olive oil produced on the estate. 2 parking areas inside the property. Central heating. Access through 300 m of dirt track road.
