Our room was at the top of one of the buildings and therefore we had a good view of the surroundings. The accommodation is set within a cluster of traditional buildings. It is conveniently located for the nearby winery. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were excellent as was the setting. Service was also excellent from all those working here. They have a nice reception area and the site benefits from a small cafe/bar at the entrance which is open to the public.
I think the use of the term “Resort” is very misleading. There is no pool on the property and unless your main aim is to spend time in the winery then it should be seen as an opportunity to stay in some traditional buildings in a quiet, village like setting. It also lacks any shops as such though the bar/cafe at the entrance sells a number of takeaway items and serves light meals and drinks.

Everything was wonderful. The resort is beautifully located in the heart of Chianti, surrounded by vineyards and stunning Tuscan landscapes. The atmosphere is peaceful and authentic, the rooms are comfortable and full of character, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, the wine experience, and the overall charm of the property. It was the perfect stop between Southern Tuscany and Florence, and one of the highlights of our Italy trip.
Nothing major. The only minor inconvenience was the number of flies outdoors, which is probably inevitable in a rural vineyard location.

Loved the location out in the country. Very peaceful and relaxing. Had a very nice meal at their Osteria. Reservations recommended. They also have a bar with quick bites. Winery tour was impressive. Nice breakfast included.
Room had a slight musty smell. Was not sure if it was coming from the footed tub or the old couch.

We loved this property! Everything was so beautiful! The rooms were spacious and clean and just what you would hope for in a Tuscan villa! The countryside surrounding the property was breathtakingly beautiful! The restaurant was very nice and the food was great!
We enjoyed everything about the property. I would recommend people use the train station in Sienna when traveling to the property rather than the Badesse train station which is closer in proximity to the property but more challenging to get a taxi to the property from the train stop. There isn’t actually anything at Badesse station other than the stop, there is not a building.
