About this farm stay rental

(Text automatically translated) Our farm is located in the heart of Tuscany, in nine hundred meters from the medieval castle of Vinci where you can visit the Museum LEONARDIANO THE FARM THE PIASTRINO is in the countryside surrounded by olive trees, cypresses and vineyards. We grow our products directly including: virgin olive oil extraction of geographical indication, chianti wine, honey, fruits etc.. We offer our guests the possibility to taste our products. We also have a restaurant offering typical Tuscan home cooking. To completely relax you can also take a walk on our horses, or take a dip in our pool.

We had such a great time my family and I. We have been 12 people and one dog and we had one big house just for us! The pool was amazing and the Staff was always very helpful and very very friendly. We can recommend this Place and would come back for sure. The breakfast was great also the Dinner in the Restaurant. Thank you very much !

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful location. The staff were so kind and helpful, and it was a great place for a big group of us to get together.

Tje stay was very nice. The only trouble was, that from the presentation we got the idea, that we would book a house with privatw garden and pool and common room, where our big group could meet. But it might easily have been our bad reading. Just be aware, that not all the rooms you see in the pictures you also book.

We highly recommend a stay at Il Piastrino. We really enjoyed our week here and made the most of the pool, the short (and very pretty) walk into the village of Vinci and the convenient location for visiting Florence and the coast. The family and staff were extremely friendly and helpful and helped make our stay very relaxing. We would also recommend the olive oil and wine they make on the farm, as well as the delicious (and very good value) homemade Tuscan food in their restaurant. An all round lovely place for a holiday!

I cannot say enough great things about this b&b. First, the location of the rental is amazing, it's in a quiet winery off the main highway, about 20km from Florence and a 1km from the town of Vinci (where travelers can also see the Da Vinci Museum and house where he was born) and close to the Chanti region. The B&B itself has a pleasant country like feel; located on a farm/winery it also provides the traveler with an amazing restaurant on site. However, the best part of the stay had to be the wine and jams that the farm homeowners make and use at their restaurant. Definitely a must stay rental and if you stay here treat yourself to homemade traditional Tuscan dinner! :-)
