Villa Marisa is in a large park, mostly lawn, surrounded by large, ancient trees. The unique swimming pool (8 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.5 m) has an “8” shape and features hydromassage. It is a modern, bio-design pool, externally paved and complete with beach umbrellas and sunbeds, in a bright position just in front of the villa. There are several relaxing areas, a covered veranda for outdoor meals, as well as two charming panoramic terraces overlooking the countryside, with outdoor furniture. There is parking inside the property, accessible from a slightly uphill road lined with trees.Interior
The villa is soberly furnished in classic style, with marble siding, decorations, and precious fabrics and furniture. The house is on two floors plus an attic, with outdoor and indoor staircases. The ground floor features a bright, spacious living room with precious Carrara marble siding, furnished with sofas, satellite TV and complete with thermo fireplace, piano and games table. Next door is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, leading to the swimming pool and a small living room. This floor also has a double bedroom, a bathroom with massaging shower, a room with a second fridge, a washing room with dryer. The living room has a marble staircase leading up to the first floor. Here guests will find 3 double bedrooms, one single with sofa bed, one bathroom with bathtub and shower. The attic has 3 more double bedrooms, one of which with two beds, a bathroom with shower and two graciously furnished hallways, one with sofas, the other featuring a fireplace. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Collodi is perfect for children with its Pinocchio theme park, and the thermal springs of Montecatini are also just a few kilometres away. The beaches of Versilia and Pisa airport are less than an hour’s drive away. For cycling lovers in the surrounding area there is the San Baronto ascent. Many are also the trekking paths and the Strada Romea is nearby.
