Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.
This modern 2-room vacation apartment accommodates 2 people. It is located on the 1st floor (attic) of a two-family house and features a balcony with a view of the sea, as well as a living area of approximately 52 m².
From both the covered balcony, which runs the entire width of the house and is furnished with a deck chair, as well as from the living room and the kitchen, you have a magnificent view of the fjord toward the Kiel Canal. Here you can enjoy the sunset and watch cruise ships, ferries, freighters, and sailboats pass by. This tastefully furnished apartment captivates with its light-filled rooms featuring white-oiled oak parquet flooring. The living room features a dining area with comfortable Loom armchairs along the long window front. A cozy seating nook is furnished with a sofa and an armchair. The TV is mounted on a swivel bracket that allows it to be turned in various directions. This allows you to enjoy the programming from the kitchen, the dining table, or the sofa. The open kitchen is well-equipped and separated from the living area by a bar counter. A few steps up is the bright bedroom with a box-spring bed (160x200 cm). There’s plenty of storage space for your wardrobe in two built-in cabinets and a large dresser. The four skylights offer a wonderful view of the sky and can be darkened using remote-controlled electric exterior shutters. Opposite is the modern shower room with a large mirror. The shower, which spans the entire width of the room, is accessible via a small step and features a glass partition. Here, you can choose between a classic showerhead and a rain shower.
An outdoor parking space next to the house is reserved for you.
