A very beautiful, uniquely renovated vacation rental for up to 4 people in a former horse stable on the Neumühlen estate in Kiel-Schönkirchen near Laboe, California, Brazil, Schönberg, the Baltic Sea beach, Schwentine, and Probstei.
The apartment has received almost exclusively 5-star reviews in the past.
We offer a very beautiful 74 m² vacation rental, newly renovated in 2020, located in a horse stable on a historic farmstead in Kiel/Schönkirchen.
It features a spacious living room with sleeping space for two and
an open kitchen, covering approximately 45 m². There is one bedroom with a double bed, approximately 13 m². The bathroom is 8 m² and includes both a shower and a bathtub.
In front of the apartment, adjacent to a large front yard, there is a terrace of approximately 25 m² with space for relaxing, sunbathing in a beach chair, barbecuing, etc.
TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher are provided.
The daily rental rate includes a flat rate for 3 kWh of electricity and 0.15 m³ of water.
Any additional consumption will be billed after the rental period ends.
Generally, the flat rates included in the daily rate are more than sufficient.
A flat-rate security deposit is required for this, which will be refunded immediately upon checkout.
By car, you can reach the beautiful beaches in Mönkeberg, Heikendorf, Laboe, Stein, Heidkate, Brasilien, Kalifornien, Schönberg, and many more in just a few minutes.
There is a bus stop right in front of the property, offering connections to downtown Kiel and the many beaches.
About a 5-minute walk away, you can take the regional/museum train from the Schönkirchen/Oppendorf
station to downtown Kiel or, in the other direction, to the Baltic Sea resort of Schönberg.
By bike, you can explore the beautiful Baltic Sea coast, the Probstei region, and the Schwentine River on dirt paths through natural surroundings.
For an additional fee, you can rent bicycles, SUP surfboards, canoes (with delivery and pickup service), and Vespa scooters from us.
