The apartment is located on the mezzanine level. The communal garden is accessible via the sunroom and is just 100 m from Holtenauer Straße, one of Kiel’s most famous streets—a popular strolling area, shopping boulevard, and “bummelkiez” (casual shopping neighborhood).
Blücherplatz is 350 m away, where there’s a lovely farmers’ market on Mondays and Thursdays.
