About this house rental
Welcome to your future holiday home. The beach near and family-friendly holiday home is located in the municipality Heikendorf on the steep bank of the Kiel Fjord. From the gate of the approx. 700 m² large garden, the passing steep cliff trail leads after approx. 20 m via a staircase directly to the idyllic Möltenort bathing beach (about 100 m as the crow flies).
The lounges and bedrooms of the cozy and renovated holiday home are spread over the ground floor and attic floor. There are three bedrooms with seven beds, a living room and two new shower rooms. On the ground floor, next to a small bedroom, there is the refurbished shower room, the dining, lounge and kitchen area to the garden side as well as the living room. The large dining table can accommodate 8 people and invites you to linger. The dining area opens with a double door to the porch and the adjoining, designed with travertine plates, terrace from which you can look over the large garden and depending on the season on the fjord.
The 90 cm wide gas stove with electric oven makes it possible for amateur chefs to pursue their passion while on holiday. There is also a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a Nespresso capsule machine, a toaster and a kettle. The extended dining area invites you to relax by the fireplace. The living room is equipped with two wide sofas, cookbooks, architecture books and novels, a music system and a flat-screen TV with HDMI connection, for connecting private streaming devices.
The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed (160 cm). The recently renovated bathroom has a floor-level rain shower.
From the entrance hall a staircase leads to the attic, where a large bedroom, a nursery, a new shower room and a reading area are available. The large bedroom is also equipped with a double bed (160 cm). In the nursery there are a variety of toys a bunk bed with two beds and a single bed available. In the basement there is a washing machine available for guests.
