About this house rental
The lovingly furnished house is individually and very generously cut. The large, open living room is upstairs because of the beautiful sea view. A wide window front and two comfortable armchairs invite you to watch the action on the water surface, sunrises and the hustle and bustle on the coast. In winter you can enjoy the warming fireplace or use the large sauna in the basement.
The bedroom is very large with a large double bed. A bathroom is directly connected. There is another bedroom with a double bed and a cozy sleeping space in the loft of the house.
The house has another small bathroom next to the sauna with a hose, rain and gush shower.
In the romantic garden there are two terraces for nice hours of sun or shade. The stone rotunda offers space for an evening barbecue (barbecue is available).
The kitchen is modern and equipped with high quality appliances. In the basement there is a washing machine and drying room.
Through the garden gate you get directly to the beach.
The house is not wheelchair accessible, non-smoking domicile and child-friendly, pets are allowed and long-term renters are welcome.

Relaxing family vacation directly on the Schilksee beach. The third bedroom in attic is very small, we were not able to utilize it, but the main bedroom and living room were comfortable.

The house is amazing. We loved everything about the house. Perfect location on the water and provides privacy too. Our host was very accommodating due to flying in and not knowing the area.
The house is very clean and well kept. We definitely would love to return to this home and area.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Blue House! Very spacious with absolutely unbeatable views, superb location. Fully equipped kitchen, you have everything you need for ‘cooking in,’ including a dishwasher (there is also a washing machine on-site). Serious coffee drinkers - there is an absolutely amazing barista machine waiting for you, bring your favourite beans! Host was great with communication and always available/prompt response - much appreciated. When we come back to Kiel, we hope to stay here once again - great stay.

Das Objekt befindet sich in einer Toplage mit einer gehobenen Ausstattung.
Die Grundsauberkeit war einwandfrei.
Störend waren die allmorgendlichen Besuche der Heere von Kellerasseln, die mit normalen Mitteln nicht zu bekämpfen waren; sehr unangenehm war es, wenn man auf diese trat und sie im Schuhwerk wiederfand.
Sollte das Asselproblem beseitigt werden können, ist das Ferienhaus jederzeit zu empfehlen.
