First of all: We cannot recommend the apartment and were disappointed.Why:* Upon arrival, you can see that the apartment is located in a residential complex that has long since seen its best. Investments would have been unnecessary here long ago.* The apartment itself presents the same picture: The ceiling shows signs of water damage, the windows are difficult to close, and a gust of wind opens them again.* Some of the furnishings are decades old. Some investments were clearly necessary here and there; the refrigerator, at least, was relatively new.* We also had to contend with mosquitoes (?). We didn't investigate further where they came from.* The worst part is the bathroom: The faucet only offers a hot or cold setting, and intermediate temperaturesare a matter of chance and luck. The toilet seat soon falls apart.* The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired, although the owner clearly made an effort. The coffee grounds in the coffee machine were still there from the fourth tenant...On the positive side, it should be noted that there was a private parking space almost directly in front of the front door.Communication with the owner was good, and an early arrival was also made possible.The apartment's location is fine for a visit to Paris. The tram stop is not far away, and from there, you can reach the most tourist hotspots by public transport within an hour.

I dont know where to start. We came in and looked arround. In every room, in every corner was mold. Even the shower

We arrived at night and the host was very short and unhelpful while trying to locate the building. The host was creepy and made us feel uncomfortable upon meeting to collect the keys, and I suspect he was staying in the property before we arrived as it was full of used belongings and the sheets were on a drying rack from being freshly washed (despite nobody booking prior to us). He left the door of the apartment wide open on arrival and failed to let us know the apartment was at the very top of about 8-9 flights of stairs (we had 3 large suitcases). Upon entering, the apartment looked nothing like the pictures. It was dirty, there were a lot of bugs in the living room, the couches were stained, the dining room didn't match the description, the kitchen was abhorrent, the water in the bathroom didn't work properly, the smell was very uncomfortable. And the biggest issue for me was every room had mold that was clearly painted over and seeping back through. On top of that, I have asthma and within 5-10 minutes of being inside the apartment I started having trouble breathing which leads me to suspect asbestos. Also, we booked the property from the 20th to 24th of June 2025, so that "Gerjan G." review is clearly fake. Vrbo needs to do better. Don't waste your time here!

Not in a nice part of town. We were told no elevator which is fine but not told it was on the 5th floor! My son just had knee surgery. The place was listed as 3 bedrooms with 2 beds and a sleep sofa. There wasn’t actually a 3rd bedroom! And the sleeper sofa didn’t even have sheets or pillows. It was in the living room. The place was dirty. The toilet was in a gross maintenance looking closet. The shower would go from freezing cold to burning your skin with no warning and the tub drain was horribly clogged. I couldn’t fix it. The flooring came off in between the hallway and bathroom when I was walking and sliced my toe. The beds were very hard and coils in back. There is no AC which is fine in Paris but there is no fans or anything to help the heat. There is no screens in the windows so to keep them open to get some type of airflow, it lets in all kinds of bugs. The towels were hard and crusty. I don’t know who rated it 8.3 exceptional but those reviews should be removed. I contacted Vrbo to help me and got no help. It is an absolute do NOT stay here!!
