Funchal - Newly renovated apartment for 2 persons on the 7th floor, with two lifts, waterfront property, located in the heart of the tourist Lido area of Funchal and Forum Shopping Center. Bus-stop and taxi-rank near by. New kitchen, bathroom, new bedroom, balcony. Flat screen cable TV/Wi-Fi. Reception. Fantastic sea views from reception terrace area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Funchal. 2min. walk to sea access. Private free Parking area. Cleaning once a week with new linen, towels, soap and toilet paper. A holiday apartment for a very good value.

The place was fine, well decorated, everything worked. The apartment is outside the city center, close to public swimming areas and grocery stores, car rental, restaurants and the bus.While parking is included, it is not guaranteed or assigned. We were only able to park on premises one day out of four because that day we returned at 10am. If you are out all day, you may have a hard time parking at the building. There are parking garages near by that can be used for a fee, some close from midnight to 7 am. If you needed the car before 7 am this would be problematic but worked just fine for us.Overall good experience, except for the parking.

Pool closed , during the second part of our stay host paid for entrance to public pool , note the apartment is on a steep hill
