About 3 minutes walking distance, you find the biggest shopping center in Madeira - Forum Madeira. It is open from 10am until 11pm every day. There you may find supermarket, shops, restaurants, cinema, etc. supermarket.
There is a bus stop in front of the building.
We have 2 parking lots in front of the building, and we have another park behind the building, but this one needs keys. If you arrive too late, these parks in front of the building can be full, only, you can park your car in the back park, the keys to this last park are on the key ring. night.
when you arrive very late, at night, sometimes parks 1 and 2 are already full, only you have to use park 3 ( the blue)
Garbage:
If you want to use the garbage it is right in front of the building, in one of the parking lot lots.

Guests not subject to the Tourist Tax are: Guests resident in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, a situation proven by a document certifying their tax residence; Guests aged 12 or under, on presentation of their national identity; Guests with a disability equal to or greater than 60%, provided they present a document proving this condition. The payment of the municipal tourist tax can be by Revolute or in cash on the day of check-in.
