Are you trying to find a really fantastic place for a stay in Madeira ?
You found it.
This is the place where you can rest, sunbath and have the time of your life enjoying the view to the ocean and mountains. You will be on the top (9th) floor of a building, with your room and terrace being the only ones on that floor. The owners live on the 8th. Floor and will be delighted to give you all the information needed.
Here you will find a cozy room with 1 bed , bathroom,living room,, closed kitchen outside on a wonderful terrace only for you. On this terrace you will have the sun, from sunrise to sunset and a nice view over the ocean, the town of Funchal and the mountains as a background. On this terrace you can spend most of the day sunbathing, resting, making and having your meals and enjoying the scenery.
In the room you will find a TV and Internet services.
On the terrace you have a kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle , electric stove, grill , microave ,sink and all the utensils needed to cook and to make a barbecue, thus offering the guests the oportunity to enjoy a better stay in this apartment.
Looking down from the terrace you can see the Shopping Center Madeira Forum with shops, restaurants, cinemas and a supermarket with competitive prices where you can buy anything you want and have your meals.
You can do some nice walking in the promenade over the ocean, just a couple of minutes away, in both directions: Funchal center and Camara de Lobos.
Madeira International Airport is 23 Kms. away and since the bus stop is only 5o mts. away, having a car is not a must.
HOUSE RULES
Check in for new guests from 11 a.m. – Access to the room only guaranteed after l4 hrs.
Documents needed: Passport
With the access to the room you get the keys to the house, to the lift (8th. Floor), and to your room. From the 8th, floor to the 9th you will find large and bright stairs on the top of which is the door to your room.
Check out not later than 11 a.m.
We don't mind you smoking, but only outside on the terrace. Inside absolutely not.
As we don't ask for any kind of deposit, we kindly appreciate that you leave with us, in cash, the amount necessary to replace any damage or broken piece during your stay.
The Cleanning fee of € 40 entitles the guest to receive the apartment in perfect hygienic conditions.
Only Registered Guests Allowed.
For safety, insurance, and building regulation purposes, only registered guests are allowed to access the property at any time.
Please be aware that no refunds or reimbursements will be issued if you are forced to cancel a service due to this policy. We are not responsible for any costs associated with services that cannot be delivered within the property.

Die Familie Stuart ist sehr gastfreundlich. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, Tipps über Madeira und Funchal inklusive.
Die Wohnung ist klein und schlicht, dafür aber sehr gemütlich. Eine riesige Dachterrasse garantiert den ganzen Tag Sonne und einen tollen Ausblick.
Das Shoppingcenter liegt direkt nebenan. Hier gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Diverse Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist eine gute Ausgangslage um Funchal und Madeira zu erkunden.
Wer kein Auto fahren möchte, kann geführte Touren mit Lido unternehmen, preisgünstig und sehr freundlich. Ein Besuch auf der Nachbarinsel Porto Santo ist ein muss. Klares Wasser an einem 9 km langen Sandstrand.
Der Urlaub auf Madeira war sehr erholsam und die Wohnung der Familie Stuart ist wärmstens zu empfehlen.

En dejlig bolig for et par, der er hvad man skal bruge, og skøn teressemed havudsigt.
Her er mange muligheder for udflugter og fin lokal busforbindelse.
Vi ønsker at gentage opholdet.

Had a wonderful 11 day holiday in this amazing apartment. Just as described but the views are even better than the pictures! The owners are very helpful and pleasant and we definitely hope to come back soon, thank you!
