This cosy double room is located on the second floor of a beautiful pool house in Medulin, Istria, just about 1 km from the sandy beach. On 20 m², the room offers a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a refrigerator. From the 10 m² large balcony, you can enjoy relaxed hours outdoors. WiFi is not available in this room. Pets are welcome.
The facility offers a freshwater pool (50 m²), a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, a garden terrace, barbecue facilities, as well as courtyard and garden use. A boat is available for excursions with the owner. A private parking space is available directly on the property.
The environment invites numerous activities, including water sports, boat trips, cycling, diving, beach volleyball, mini golf, fishing or excursions to nature parks and cultural attractions. Restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are just a few minutes' walk away.
