This comfortable double room is located on the second floor of a beautiful pool house in Medulin, Istria, just about 1 km from the sandy beach. On 20 m², the room offers a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a refrigerator. From the 10 m² large balcony, you can enjoy relaxed hours outdoors. Pets are welcome.
The accommodation features a freshwater pool (50 m²) with a sun terrace, loungers and parasols, a garden terrace, barbecue facilities, and courtyard and garden use. A boat is available for excursions with the owner. A private parking space is directly available on the property.
The environment offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, cycling, diving, beach volleyball, mini golf, fishing, or visits to nature parks and cultural attractions. Restaurants, supermarkets, and the town centre are within a few minutes' walk.
