This cosy double room is located on the second floor of a beautiful pool house in Medulin, Istria, just around 1 km from the sandy beach. On 20 m², the room offers a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers, refrigerator and a private balcony (10 m²) with table and chairs. Pets are welcome, and the use of the communal kitchen is possible.
The holiday home has a freshwater pool (50 m²) with a sun terrace, loungers and parasols, a garden terrace, barbecue facilities, and courtyard and garden use. A boat is available upon request for excursions with the owner. A private parking space is located directly on the property.
The environment offers diverse leisure opportunities, including water sports, sailing, windsurfing, diving, cycling, mini golf, fishing, as well as excursions to nature parks and cultural attractions. Restaurants, supermarkets, and the town centre are conveniently accessible on foot.
Included in the price are end cleaning, bed linen, electricity, water, gas, pool usage, use of the communal washing machine, kitchen towels and internet (WiFi). Additional costs are incurred for breakfast, air conditioning and pets.
