This cosy double room is located on the second floor of a beautiful pool house in Medulin, Istria, just about 1 km from the sandy beach. On 20 m², the room offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, refrigerator, 2 chairs and access to a private balcony (10 m²) with table and chairs. Pets are welcome, and the use of the communal kitchen is possible.
The holiday home features a freshwater pool (50 m²) with a sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols, a garden terrace, barbecue facilities, and courtyard and garden use. A boat is available upon request for excursions with the owner. A private parking space is available directly at the property.
The environment offers numerous leisure activities, including water sports, sailing, windsurfing, diving, cycling, mini golf, fishing, as well as excursions to nature parks and cultural attractions. Restaurants, supermarkets, and the town centre are conveniently within walking distance.
Included in the price are final cleaning, bedding, electricity, water, gas, pool usage, internet (Wi-Fi), use of the communal washing machine, and kitchen towels. Additional costs will be incurred for breakfast, air conditioning, and pets.
