This comfortable double room is located on the second floor of a beautiful pool house in Medulin, Istria, just about 1 km from the sandy beach. On 20 m², the room offers a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a refrigerator. From the 10 m² large balcony, you can enjoy relaxed hours outdoors. Pets are welcome.
The accommodation features a freshwater pool (50 m²) with a sun terrace, loungers and parasols, a garden terrace, barbecue facilities, and courtyard and garden use. A boat is available for excursions with the owner. A private parking space is directly available on the property.
