Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub im blauen Apartment der Villa Marizella. Diese ist sehr zentral gelegen, wobei es abends dennoch sehr ruhig dort ist, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt zudem über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, sodass es einem an nichts mangelt. Desweiteren sind die Besitzer der Villa Marizella wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Ein weiterer positiver Punkt ist, dass man sich gratis Fahrräder ausleihen kann, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man nicht mit seinem Auto in das Naturschutzgebiet fahren möchte. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und dies war sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub in der Villa Marizella!

Liegt mitten im Zentrum und ist doch einer der ruhigsten Ecken in Premantura. Viel Privatsphäre, eine sehr sauberes Apartment und äußerst liebevolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeber konnte mich Überzeugen, für mich glatte 5 Sterne wert!

Wir waren zu zweit im blauen Appartement und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gibt ein eigenes kleines Gartenabteil mit Tisch und Stühlen und Grillmöglichkeit nur für diese Wohnung. Die Wohnung an sich war hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Toll war auch die Möglichkeit umsonst Fahrräder auszuleihen. Für längere Ausflüge lohnt es sich aber vielleicht die eigenen Bikes mit zu nehmen. Die Vermieter waren immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt relativ nah am Zentrum, trotzdem hatten wir das Gefühl mitten im Grünen zu wohnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind um die Ecke und man ist direkt am Kap Kamenjak, einem Natur- & Buchtenparadies.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist zentral in Premantura. Tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Naturschutzgebiet ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar und wirklich absolut sehenswert. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich nett. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Wir haben uns so gefreut auf unseren Urlaub in Premantura und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Marizella und ihr Mann sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir hatten für eine Woche das grüne Apartment. Es war sehr gemütlich und modern. Vor allem sehr sauber. Steckt viel Liebe drin. Das Haus ist dicht am Zentrum aber trotzdem schön ruhig gelegen. Zum Wasser ist es nicht weit. Kamenjak hat uns super gefallen. Lieben Dank von uns an Marizella für das leckere Abendessen.Es war ein schöner Abend. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal bei euch. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort. Das Wetter war um diese Zeit noch sehr schön und warm. Die Wohnungen sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gebäude ist direkt in der Stadt, ist aber ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles vorhanden (Parkplatz vor dem Haus, WLAN, SAT) und sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifica accoglienza, casa molto bella, ben arredata sia! fuori che dentro, in posizione strategica all'interno del paese ma comunque estremamente tranquilla. Liebe Porobic's, wir hätten nie gedacht das es ,nur 50m vom Ortszentrum ,soooooo ruhig sein kann.Wir genossen jeden Tag bei euch .Durch den direkten Garten an der kleinen Terrasse des Blauen App. wurde der Aufenthalt zu einem Genuss .In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt sogar ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen war vorhanden .Eure besondere Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft hat uns sehr gut getan. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit schön gefliestem Bad und großzügigem Wohnzimmer. Zusätzlich gab es im April das Angebot eines gratis Frühstücks, das jeden Morgen vom Vermieter serviert wurde und sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker war. Auch den Blick vom Balkon ins grüne Hinterland haben wir bei Frühstück und Abendessen sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe des Zentrums, aber doch fernab des lauten Trubels. Wir haben im blauen Zimmer genächtigt. Es ist sehr liebevoll und detailreich eingerichtet, ruhig, sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Auch die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich! Es gibt genügend Fahrräder zum Ausborgen und das ist dort wirklich eine sehr wertvolle Sache um damit im Naturschutzgebiet herumfahren zu können.
